This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through this site (the "Site"), including through our meeting-request form.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. These rights apply to the information held in our own system — once your information has been routed to a licensed professional or firm, they hold their own copy independently, and you will need to contact them directly to exercise these rights over their copy; we do not control, and are not responsible for, deleting or otherwise managing information already in a professional's own possession. To make a request regarding information in our system, email support@kaviren.com or use our meeting-request form and note it's a privacy request. We will respond consistent with applicable state law (e.g., CCPA/CPRA in California, and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states as applicable).
When you submit a meeting request, your information is received by us and, separately, stored, handled, and routed by the licensed or credentialed professional or firm it is directed to. Within our own system, we retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including current service, follow-up, our business records, historical reference, audit, and compliance purposes — purposes which, by their nature, may extend for the life of our business. Where you have a legal right to request deletion of information in our own system (see "Your choices and rights" above), we will honor that request to the extent required by applicable law, subject to exceptions such as our own legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, audit, and legitimate business purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
KAVIREN does not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or behavioral tracking technologies. The Site may use limited browser storage or similar technical functionality where necessary to operate site features and preserve user-requested functionality. Standard technical information may also be recorded in server logs as described above. If our use of cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies changes, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision.
